There are no refunds for membership fees.

Direct Debit membership payment will be debited from your selected account fortnightly or monthly depending on your membership deal.

A late payment fee of $15 will be charged on any payment past due.

Shall membership prices change at any time, non-contracted members will be notified via email. You must notify Studio 9 Leeton by phone or in-person to cancel if you do not agree to the price change.

Key fob must be used upon entry and exit of the gym at all times.

Proper attire is required, including shirts and athletic shoes.

Towels need to be always used while training.

Studio 9 Fitness assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen belongings.

Gym bags and glass items are not permitted on the gym floors.

Water and protein shakes may be taken into workout areas if it is in a non-breakable, enclosed container.

Studio 9 Fitness is committed to the health, safety, and welfare of each of its members and staff and will not tolerate unreasonable, threatening, obscene, harassing, indecent, or illegal behavior. Studio 9 Fitness has the right to judge behavior and respond accordingly. This right includes but is not limited to, termination of membership of any member engaging in unacceptable behavior.

Members are not permitted to bring a non-member into the premises during non-staffed hours. You will incur a $60 fine if you are caught bringing a non-member into the gym and possible cancellation of your membership.

Members shall pay for any damages to Studio 9 Fitness property which result from the willful or negligent conduct of members.

Members who do not observe Studio 9 Fitness rules and regulations or who abuse equipment in any fashion will be asked to leave. The management reserves the right to terminate membership to anyone who refuses to observe any of Studio 9 Fitness's rules or regulations. Not all rules and regulations are listed in this agreement. Studio 9 Fitness reserves the right to add, change, or remove rules, conditions of membership, opening and closing hours, and all services and facilities offered by Studio 9 Fitness.

All equipment must be put back in its designated place when use is finished.

Member agrees all exercises and use of Studio 9 Fitness Leeton facilities and equipment shall be undertaken at the member’s own risk and that he/she is in good physical condition and physically able to undertake any physical exercise.

Studio 9 Fitness Leeton will not be held accountable for any injury obtained during and/or after training sessions.
